Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
i am a current resident whose lease is up in june. i cannot wait to get out of these apartments. we had a leak in our apartment front bathroom and it took weeks for them to send anyone to look at it. in the meantime our water bill became outrageous. we were still required to pay it. i did so with a money order with our rent check last month and they have conveniently "lost" it. Thank god it was a postal money order that i can track... but do not move in these apartments. they are a complete ripoff!!!
