I find the new manager, Joy to be very rude, abrupt, and uncaring. I reported an incident of a new family moving in between 11:30 PM and midnight and making lots of noise. She only said, well I don't think we have a policy about what time people can move in and out. I responded that we did have a policy about quiet time though and that was supposed to begin at 10 PM at night. She replied, "Well what do you want me to do' I can remind them that they have neighbors." I said that would be fine but I'd appreciate it if she didn't use my name. She retorted very rudly by saying, "Not once in this conversation did I say I was going to tell them _____ _____ said they made too much noise". I just think for a manager that was pretty rude and immature. She did not seem to have any compassion at all for the fact that this took place in the middle of the week when I along with other neighbors, I'm sure had to be up early for work the following morning.
