This is the second time I have lived in these God-forsaken community. I usually have a high threshold for rude and ignorant people, but it just seems to get worse each time I have experienced this ghetto community!

There have been several times that I have requested items to be replaced or fixed in my unit. I have been told they would be right out that day...several days later to follow up with a call, I get greeted by rude leasing consultants (reginald and that other big broad that drives that green acura to be more precise).

They treat you like your living need requests are a burden. I mean damn, when my A/C goes out and it is hot and miserable outside, why should I be confronted by disgruntled employees when I call to see how much longer it will take to have maintenance to come out there.

As if rude employees weren't enough, you have to deal with those bad-ass kids. Actually, let me take that back, I can't totally blame the kids, it's the careless and irresponsible parents that allow their 9-10 year olds outside till 11pm bouncing basketballs against the building and running along the breezeways. Kids do what their parents allow them to do. Also if you do have kids, don't let them play out in the streets. There are these "speed demons" that drive 30mph and higher in the parking lots. I have had 3 near accidents walking to and from my car b/c of these idiots.

At this point, it seems almost hopeless to complain to upper Mgt. since they keep on hiring "outstanding" individuals with personality complexes. I usually don't complain about things as I am an extremely laid back individual and softspoken, but take it from me...DO NOT LIVE HERE. I WOULD NOT EVEN RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO PANHANDLERS.
