Leasing Management is Customer "No" Service

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
1. I was swindled when I agreed to sign a lease. Management was so helpful and called continuously. This all changed after I signed the lease. No one returns phone calls, maintenance is a joke. The air conditioner did not even work when I moved in--I have had to have it repaired two more times in the year that I have lived here (one time was after hours and I was informed that no one would be dispatched to do the repair and was told to open my windows and that someone would be at my unit first thing the next morning--I had to make another call and someone arrived.) Oh, the air still does not work properly.
2. I have very noisy tenants who like to party outside until late hours.
3. Before I moved in, I asked it tenants were billed for actual water usage or estimated. I was given the billing company's number, called and was told that it was actual. This was the case until the Apartment's Leasing Office signed a contract with another company. Tenants were not informed of the change and tenants now pay for usage based on square footage of the apartment - not what is used in their own unit.
4. Gated Community - what a joke!!! The gate has been operable for about 4 of the last 12 months. The exit gates are so short that anyone could drive in without the code anyway.
5. There is an EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER RATE.--In the eight units in my entry - only one tenant has occupied for more that one year.
6. Any potential residents should park at the leasing office and walk around and ask questions before making a big mistake.
