I've lived at St.Ives Crossing apt. for about two years. I have to say I've had my share of bad apartments and they all seem to have alot in common UNLESS there is good management! I won't speak on the previous management b/c they're no longer there. The new management is about 75% improved. They are much better than the previous but still needs some improvement. My only complaints are it takes so long for maintenance to respond, and the problems only get temporarily fixed. The apt. needs speed bumps to slow the speeders down, and a long term working gate so it can be a true gated community. The apartments are a very nice size and the area is usually calm,except for summer, but what community isn't that has kids''' My bestfriend also lived here but had alot of complaints about bugs and broke her lease b/c the problem wasn't fixed. But of course it was under the old management and I've never had bugs, so like I said you just have trust your own instinct and judge for yourself!!!!
