This is a oweful place to stay and the office staff is not helpful. they come come your apartsment all the time without notice. Managements lies, the turn over living there is bad. The gate does not work and this in the books is a gated apartments NOT rents is always going up $50 to 100 a year Their is a hartland bill for the water,cable, the outside lights in the hallway this and they charge for billing you the invoice this bill is a 100 per month and you are not told about until you'll signing your lease. I don't give them a good rating at all. I would advise someone to talk to people living there before moving in. Really they would change there minds. I looked everywhere before moving, I was thinking this is it. I wish I would have never moved. Parking is not good and they will toll people cars for no reason then tell you they'll sorry like it's cute. I will also be turning this company in the better business bureau they do the people living over there wrong and people don't know there rights it's wrong. They will talk a good game getting you in then it's a nightmare.
