I looked all over before moving here. I did not know what was waiting. I loved all the feature they had all but after moving in. The gate stop working and they never fixed it. Anyone can come in and this makes it more open to crime. In looking at the other messages people stated this Management staff is better Lord I would have hated to see the last ones. Because, the one that is in the office now are no good. The turn over is so bad here. Parking is no joke kids running around turning the power switchs off. It's like the only things the Management wants to do is get you in and then treat you like dirt. They walk in your unit for non emergency reasons went ever they want to if you have a child this really is not the place you want to be. I have learn to talk with neighbor now before moving in. I have never lived nowhere this crazy in my life for it to look so beautiful on the outside. The owner lives in another state. If anyone have this information please post it here so we can all stand together in unity.

I have lived in this community for years. The gate has not worked since 2005. So if that's important to you, you should have asked before moving in. And really how safe is a gate anyway? There is nothing that they can do about OTHER PEOPLE CHILDREN. You should talk to your neighbors about raising their children properly. As far as management, most management corporate office is out of state. Have you tried asking them for their number? Sorry to sound so rude.....but I am tired of people complaining. Stop complaining and do something about it.

The staff here is very friendly and they do what they can each and everyday.

they do have a kind staff, but the area is no good and getting worse. lots of things in this complex do not work properly. the 'exercise room' is in shabby condition. the bathrooms to the pool area aren't very clean, and the walls look horrible, including a few small holes. both ladders to the deep portion of the pool are in need of replacement/repair. the gate really doesn't work. my apartment door looks as if someone has deperately tried to kick it in. the buildings look nasty on the outside (looks like someone threw a couple of eggs on mine and it has been there a long time). the upkeep here is not good, and the people here are getting worse. they are practically begging people to move in here since the shooting in May that killed two teenage girls. '$299 moves you in!' and $1000 referral bonuses. doesn't sound comforting to me. i pay $899 to live in this poop-hole, yes with two small children, but i'm not afraid, and i wiil not be living here when my children are old enough to play outside and associate with neighbors.
