When I first moved into the apartments they were very nice and spacious. But for the last year or so it has been getting worse and worse. The first straw was when last year a women got carjack in these apartments and then the 2nd straw was when the 2 shootings happened and I was in disbelief when a memo when out about all the bad things that the children had been doing. You see a lot of children hanging around all times of night and even one child call my mother a B*** when she barely honked the horn to alert her to move from the middle of street. This happens all the time! the straw that broke the camels back is when one of my bestfriends tires and rims got stolen!!!. I mean we live in a affluent part of town with a $300,000 houses in the drive way to the apartments and things like this is happening. The lack of concern and apathy from the lease agents have made me and a few of my friends here decide to move out because we are in fear of something bad happening to us. I am moving by next month!

This is a terible place to live. The management group is not responsive at all and uncaring. All they want to do is collect fees and money. Half the time they don't pay the trash bill and trash overflows in the compactor (when it works), and on to the ground for days and sometimes weeks. Can you say rats?
