HORRIBLE!!

Staff never in office when needed and not professional. Don't do what they promise. Gate now works but it doesn't prevent who and what they call standards when they rent the units. That is where the problem begins, they rent to anyone. Kids all over the place, no respect for others and themselves. You have to blow your horn to make them move out of the complex street when entering or leaving if they are congregating. We signed the lease about a 2 weeks prior to our moving in and the deadly shooting of two teenage girls, what a big mistake, now we are patiently awaiting the lease end in June 2008. Staff go over all these rules and regulations within the lease regarding noise, being aware of neighbors regarding any noise that you may make and what times, balcony appearances, cars parked and abandoned, etc., as if they are very strict and always ensure these rules are followed, NOT! Maintenance took 3 months to fix two of the 5 or more major requests we had which were, broken garbage disposal, broken oven door, mind you that eventually fell on my toe and bruised really bad my husband went and complained again for them to immediately fix it. They asked if we broke it and he had to jog their memory of the list that we gave back them with everything that needed fixing that they didn't honor. I do not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. RUN FOREST! RUN!
