Ready to move!

i have been living here since last May, when those two teenage girls were shot and killed here at the clubhouse. ever since then it's been as if they are begging people to move in here. they claimed to fix our gate, but the only thing that works are the arms that go up and down when you type in a code or swipe your $50 card. this has been working since December around the 10th and they have had to fix these arms at least six times because people keep driving through them! and they want $50 for that card if I lose it' are they for real' the past two nights i have heard what sounded like gunshots at least near here, and no police. i do not feel safe here, and I live right at the front. I am so ready to move my children out of here. people fly through here in spite of the new speed bumps, people here obviously have no respect and the people who work here are not in control. it seems to me that they have just let whomever move in because no one wanted to stay here after the nloddbath in May (there were also stabbings when that shooting occured, it was a graduation party!). if you have children especially, I would strongly suggest reconsidering living here.
also, it is very easy to hear people beside and even below you (if you are on top). nothing is winterized so bills are an issue. maintenance attempted to fix my thermostat also, they couldn't even calibrate it properly. my weather stripping still hasn't been replace. when i call during the summer to report I was having problems with my ac, it took about 2 weeks for someone to come and see about it, i actually had to call back, and i told them i neede a new air filter, they put that on a seperate work order so another week later a maintenance man showed up at my door with the filter i no longer needed. they just don't have it together here, and it isn't getting any better. not worth the money.
