This community definately has its issues. As others have stated the trash is always overflowing management has a death ear when it comes to fixing things...The gate is allways broken. People are always trying to sneak between the arms of the gate and they management is slow to fix. You pay your rent one day lat and you automatically incur a 100 dollar late fee. If you pay after the 5th of the month add another $75.00 dollars and God Forbid you have a returned check they charge a $75.00 on top of that. They are quick to take your money but not so fast to take care of your individual needs. Over the sume it took forever for the pool to open and when it did within a matter of a month a car was driven into the water. How fun is that! THe pooll has been drained and the swim season was shot. The are throw in people out left and right and advertising move in immendiately.
Safety is a huge issue... Gangs are within the community... Don't do it... Look for other housing!!!

Wonder if HELL is worst than St. IVES if it is I am correcting my life STAT !!!!!! DON'T want to be condemned twice.
