Wow! I wish I would have checked this website before I moved here... They never let you know what's going on in this community so that you can be more guarded. They sent out a newsletter last month but made no mention of the car in the pool or anything else. I'm guessing not many people know about the Asian man who was ran over early one morning and died from his injuries!!!!! This only happened a little over a month ago and children saw him laying there. They moved me into a nasty apartment... Pictures are posted (although I kept the really bad ones to myself)! MY MOM HAD TO COME AND PROFESSIONALLY CLEAN MY APARTMENT! And the thing is they said it would be PERFECT when I moved in. I'm still scared to move all of my furniture in because roaches are all over the place. They never answer their phones, but question why you don't leave messages or didn't call... BECAUSE YALL DON'T RETURN CALLS!!! Maintenance sucks and can't repair things properly... It's best to do it yourself. They will just show up without calling! AND THESE PEOPLE WILL JUST WALK INTO YOUR APARTMENT, SO SINGLE PARENTS HAVE YOUR FIREARMS HANDY CAUSE I KNOW I DO:) I'm just waiting on somebody to walk up in here again without calling AND ESPECIALLY ON MY CHILDREN... OH AND WHAT'S UP WITH THIS HEARTLAND COMPANY''' I have Georgia Power so why is there an electric charge on that bill''' They lie to get you in here, then make it difficult to leave (these other reviews let me know what I will have to go through to break the lease). MANAGEMENT JUST LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING!! I think I may be willing to get evicted just to get out of this place after reading these reviews thoroughly.

I know which resident wrote this. You are simply upset because you have not paid your rent for 2 months in a row and an eviction has been filed against you.

I truly do understand nothing ever gets done and i am in the process of looking for somewhere else to live...i'd rather live in a hotel then to pay another months rent here, for all that matters i'd live in my car.

Wow Nayomi! Looks like nothing has changed... I thought it was just me but nope! You guys need to get it together! Oh and I pay my rent on time at my new place and I love it here:) They made sure it was just about perfect when I moved in and any repair request I have are done within a day or two... You must have been a fool to think that anyone would give you all their money just to live in that slumb!
