I have been here for some odd months now, and it is steadily going down. You can never get the girls in the office to answer the phones or give a call back after messages have been left. It takes months to get things fixed around your apartment, thats even after you stay on them about it. I still have quite a few things that have not been fixed since I have moved in. I am now starting to see roaches!!! GROSS!! Who wants to live like this for the amount of money your paying. They have security gates you can just ride straight through. What kind of safety is this' I have tried to get out of my lease for all these complaints and you have to pay 2 months!! PLEASE!! The feeling of not being safe even though your a single parent, there is nothing they can do until something actually happens... My SUGGESTION to everyone looking to move here... DON'T DO IT!!

What do you people expect! Stockbridge is the new Riverdale and it has been for years. St. Ives was NICE when it opened but the demographic in Henry Co. has changed and that's why everything is bad now. If you want to live in a nice place you have to 1) move out of Henry Co. and 2) PAY MORE. Low rates bring low class, get used to it.

I agree, they lie to get you into the lease, their service is the worse ever, you pay for garbage removal and still have to see it piled up and running over. Work orders take forever to fill. . .the only thing they want to do is lock you into a lease. The Fitness Center is a joke!
