I've been living at St. Ives since 2005. It obviously got to be great if I keep renewing my lease. The dude that does the groundskeeping is really nice and he does a great job. My maintenance requests are always done quickly. And trust me, I'm really picky, so i'd tell you if they weren't. There's is a new manager. Forgot her name, but she's been here for only about 4 months and is already making a big difference. There's noticeable improvements for the better. She's professional, friendly, and always gives great customer service. She even came by my apartment for a routine customer service check to make sure I'm satisfied adn that everything is going okay. I've referred a lot of friends to live here and a couple of them said that she visited their home for the customer service visit as well. They even had a welcome home card in their apartment they day they moved in. The other managers never did any of that kind of stuff. Communication is great too!!! We receive newsletters on a regular basis. I don't know why all these other tenants are pissed. Probably because they can't pay their rent. Hello!!!!! If you don't pay, you can't just live there for free. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out. This is a great community! clean, great staff, safe and reasonably priced. MOVE HERE AND YOU'LL LOVE IT TOO!

You're full of crap. this place sucks and u probably work for them which is why you're anonymous. No one in their right mind would praise this place as being great, the manager's name is Naomi and she is not even close to the person that you're describing.

I resent that you would say such a thing about previous tenants and their comments. My husband and I moved from there into a home that we own, not rent. When we moved from there we put up the last two months rent up front so as to avoid breaking our lease. I am glad that you are happy there and these changes have been made, if that is indeed true. St. Ives did need a lot of cleaning up. I loved the roomy apartment, but I was not happy with the complex at the time.

I love the way management slides these reviews in thinking that people are so gullible. Its clear to see that this is slanted review in favor of St. Ives. Further proof that this review was posted by management is the fact that they refer to the upset tennents as people who cant pay there rent! Last month alone this Company filed over 200 evictions!

I also agree that someone from the management posted this comment. I pay my rent on the first of every month.(you have to or there will be extra 100 dollars if you pay on the second) they dont tell you about that until you get ready to sign the lease. I also have had many problems with them and cant wait to move.
