I moved here about 4 months ago. The folks in the office are really nice. Sometimes they don't always answer the phone, which is annoying. But they do call back if I leave a message. Seems to be alot of unhappyresidents on this site. Hopefully my xperience stays positive. We'll see. I've only had to place 2 work orders. Both were fixed in a timely fashion.

Just wait, your time will come. They will smile at you all the while never intending to keep one single promise they make. Check out the crime statistics in Henry County for that area if not done already. You are in the hood and The Connor Group could care less. Property managers are just money takers and are useless.
