I FEEL LIKE I LIVE IN THE GHETTO. A MAN WAS RAN OVER AND KILLED A FEW MONTHS AGO AND I WAS LIED TO BY THE "COURTESY OFFICER". HE TOLD ME THAT THE MAN HAD A MEDICAL CONDITION. WE HAVE HAD SOMEONE MESSING THE POWER BOXES. THERE ARE ALWAYS DRUG DEALS GOING ON IN THE PARKING LOT. SOMEONE HAD THEIR DOOR KICKED IN THE OTHER DAY IN BROAD DAYLIGHT AND HAD THEIR TV STOLEN. SOMEONE TRIED TO STEAL GAS OUT OF TWO CARS HERE LAST NIGHT AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND BY THE "COURTESY OFFICER". I SPOKE TO HENRY COUNTY DEPARTMENT A FEW DAYS ABOUT THE APARTMENTS AND HE TOLD ME, I NEED TO MOVE IMMEDIATELY. HE STATED THAT THEY GET ATLEAST 15 CALLS A DAY FROM THE APARTMENTS. MAINTENANCE SUCKS. THEY NEVER FIX STUFF AND WHEN THEY DO COME OUT THEY HALF ASS DO IT AND THEY JUST WALK RIGHT IN. THEY DONT KNOCK ON THE DOOR. I AM JUST POSTING THIS SO OTHERS KNOW TO STAY AWAY.

I agree with you 100%. And don't you just love their gated community, (LMAO)this complex is garbage and nothing but IDIOTS working in the office, the biggest problem with St. Ives is their management the head office needs to clean house and start all over.
