These ads are abosulutely true, I myself experienced some of the exact same problems at St Ives Crossing. I truly was not able to sleep at night for fear of someone breaking in my apartment, this is no way for someone to live. I had to make a decision and say SCREW THE LEASE AND THIS IS APARTMENT AND GOT THE HELL OUT. Piece of mind is priceless. I strongly urge anyone reading these posts take a second thought about this community. PS. I moved in Sept. 08, four families in the surrounding buildings have moved out, It probably would not seem strange if they had not moved in after me. Also, anyone who posts anything positive is a liar and probably works in the office. I used my real name an email because I plan on taking this matter to court as well as several local televisons stations.
