I called the leasing office and left a message on May 4, 2009. The problem is the water drainiing out of the bath tub when I shower. I shower in the morning and when I get home in the evening the water is still standing in the tub. This is causing a sanitary problem. Maybe others do not have this problem but I am charged monthly for water usage and sewer, yet I cannot get necessary draining of water from bath tub.
My lease ends 01/01/2010. I can't see this going on all year. I will need to contact the health department for an answer.I have never been able to speak with an individual at the leasing office reagrdless of the time of day I call. I get the answering machne, leave a message and never get a call back.

be late on your rent and you will definitely get a response from them. I also have a drain problem but from the sink and I just went on ahead and fixed it myself with Liquid Plummer.
