I have lived in St.Ives for 2 1/2 years now and seen the place at its best and now at it's worst. When I moved here in Summer 2007 I was happy know my neighbors we all watch out for each other. You felt safe being here now is has all gone to hell. I complained about my neighbors and the leasing office did nothing but tell my neighbors that I complained and now come home every day fearful of my neighbors they watch me come and go no mater what time of the day they are watching me they are always blocking the stairway. I am trying to reach the area manager to express my concern that I want out. To all I wish you luck in trying to get out.

I also moved there in summer of 2007. It was terrible then! I suppose you wren't aware of the shooting that happened in May 2007, about 1 1/2 weeks after we moved in. I wish you the best in getting out of there!
