Before you move in the staff is soo nice then after that they are extremely rude to you!! One of the bedrooms in the apartment always reaked of smoke. Cob webs were found..spiders, bugs. We had to get a new dishwasher installed because it kept on breaking all the time and they replaced it with a cheap one that wouldn't wash worth crap! After I moved out, they said I owed them all these carpet cleaning fees and all this money for damages.
