I previously wrote about the rude service I have received in the past and I must say that the service has improved significantly in the past couple of months. The staff seems to be more pleasant and willing to help with you issues. I also had to call in a work order and it was fixed within a day which wasn't the case previously. I am pleased with the changes the complex has made...I have definintely noticed a difference.

that makes absolutely no sense, if you don't go to the office much or call in work orders, then how could u possibly know how they treat u? maybe YOU where the one being rude! and maybe YOU are the one needing some classes on etiquette! sounds that way to me! take it from someone who gets packages ALOT and calls in work orders every so often, and also just stops by the office to say hello at least 3-4 times a week... this is a great place to live and just so u know, the girls in the office (holly, lauren, katherine, and hope) are absoulutely wonderful to me and my family and the maintenence guys are awesome too!

Well let's just get some things straight...1st: I avoid the office like the plague because of the rude service I have received in the past. 2nd: I don't call in workorders because everytime that I have...it takes weeks for someone to come and fix your problem and even then it's not really fixed. When I moved in last year, the utensil holder for my dishwasher was missing...it took them 4 months to get me a utensil holder...wouldn't it have been so hard to take one from a vacant apartment and give it to me? As far as packages go...the mail lady will leave a notice and when you go to the office...they claim there's no package, but two weeks later you get a notice from the office saying that if you don't pick up your package within 72 hrs...they're going to send it back...WTF?? Anyhow...I have lived here for a year and my lease expires at the end of this month and I am so happy to be moving!!!
