Here is the Summary of my time at Villas at Hannover. From Day 1 I received little support from staff. The apt was missing something minor from the oven and it took them a week to correct it.

My car was broken into and no communication resulted explaining why their "security" gate was open for 3 weeks straight! Parking is a nightmare.

Old apartments with thin walls makes us neighbors hate each other. When a complaint was made, nothing happened. A letter but no follow up.

Service from Catherine was picture perfect, everyone else horrible. Hollie is no manager. A property manager makes rounds and has the decency to smile at people in their office (when she is there of course)

I wish I would have paid the extra money (not much) for somewhere else (plenty of them). This was a horrible place. DO NOT RENT from these people.

Even the mail is wrong. The mail is never consistent and we have found the mailbox is sometimes not secured. All mailboxes are exposed!

Rent was cheap but you get what you pay for. Their billing was the last issue. They send a bill that includes the water along with the rent. I was out of my apt for a month and my water bill was the same. When I asked them they explained that "everyone" is charged that amount regardless of water usage. That's shady business.
