After living here a year, I do have some definanty opinions about this complex.

The staff has grown on me. At first the staff did seem unhelpful. With the exception of Chasity, so I am surprised about the negative comments. She was very helpful anytime we needed anything. Now, the staff I will say is pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. However, a reccent conversation with one member of the office staff left me irritated. I felt like she was not listening to my concerns.

I do feel irritated by neighbors. There are several residents who do not clean up after their pets. There are residents who do not take into consideration the noise they make after 10:00 p.m. Most people have to get up early in the morning to got to work. If you have someone living above you that is "heavy footed," look out. It's extrememly irritating to hear the stomping around all day and night for that matter. If the person above you vaccummes, you will be sure to notice.

The worst offense is how the neighbors and guests follow through the residence gate. This is how criminals get into the complex to break into cars etc.

I have renewed for a short term, but I can't wait to get out.
