Well I've been at this apt for approx.7 months. I decided to move b/c of the size, location, and the rent special. Although the staff, was not helpful at all when I chose this apartment, I still signed a lease. The first month or so, the staff was terrible. Questions were never answered, and staff appeared to be bothered. As time has went on the staff has definitely improved. I agree with most of the previous comments. I am not aware of the break-ins, but I do remember the gate being broke for over 3 weeks. I also do not like that there is a walk-through section of the gate. What's the point of having a security gate, if you can just walk in. Additionally, the walls are SUPER thin. These apartments are only 2-3 yrs old, so seems like the builders could have done a better job. I can hear my neighbors' conversations, their children crying, toilets flushing, and I can even here them snoring!!! I can here doors open and slam, loud televisions, showers running, and I can hear garage doors opening and closing. And I'm not on the 1st floor!!!Unacceptable. I also think we need a new mail service. I have witnessed mailboxes being left open after the mail service has left. Maybe we need an acutal post office representative to deliver, and not an independent person.These are my only gripes. Overall, I feel safe at these apartments, I have little interaction with staff. Every property has their issues, and these are the ones at Villas. Be advised that if you want accurate information about the incidents that have occured on the property, contact Clayton County Police Dept, not the office. Because they will not provide any information on these matters.
