Used to be a nice QUIET place to live!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We used to have nice clean neighbors but lately there are numerous people just hanging out in the breeze-way who are extremely loud. They don't even live on the bottom floor yet they are very close to our door. It is very frustrating! If they are not outside then their music is so loud from upstairs that we might as well have it on in our apartment! I hate it!
