I went in to renew my lease this week and am glad I did! Kathryn & Holly are the only ones left in the office right now so I know my requests will be taken care of. I'll miss Hope (she moved me in)but she went to another one of their properties. As far as the other one that has left, good riddance to bad rubbish!
