Okay I know you don??t want to read alot but I will go over my 10 month stay. First I paid my $150.00 Admin fee, $50.00 app fee, and a $50.00 water deposit 60 days prior to moving in. I was told a certain apartment would be reserved for me (BOTTOM FLOOR I HAVE a 2 YR. OLD) MANAGEMENT called me 3 days before move in date and claim they accidentally gave my apartment away. The only option was to move in on a second floor and pay less rent. Or pay more and stay on the bottom floor. We chose the second floor the $175 extra they wanted I could not afford. I spoke with MANAGEMENT and explained this is not acceptable and I will be looking to move out. "Ok" they say when your ready give a 60 days notice and you can vacate with NO CANCELLATION FEE. WRONG!!!!! I gave a 60 days notice. KEEP IN MIND I always paid my bills on time, no complaints nor did I make any complaints. They wanted me to pay $951.00 and have carpets steam cleaned with receipt as a cancellation fee. I went over my story with MANAGEMENT they asked if it was in writing. No because I was not expecting to get mislead a 2nd time by MANAGEMENT. Well I did! MANAGEMENT says that is your fault and that I need to get everything in writing prior to move in. I asked for the corporate number. They gave me a fake. I called 17 times and left 12 messages over a 3 week period. No returned calls from the SO CALLED corporate. I asked MANAGEMENT for a real number they said that is the best they could do. They would laugh and giggle as I walked away...That's beside the point I FOUND THE NUMBER and yes COPORATE was on my side they cut my cancellation fee 60 percent. My 10 month stay overall was horrible. NOISE NOISE NOISE, Gunshots 2 times, one resident was assaulted on the premises by 3 people who did not reside in the community. MANAGEMNT would not inform us of these incidents they sent a letter saying LOCK YOUR DOORS and check surroundings when checking mail, getting in vehicle or walking. I work my wife and child stayed at home NOT SAFE! She kept the alarm on and never went out. A few of my neighbor??s vehicles were broken into. SECURITY GATE''' No the fence wraps half way around the complex...... Gates were open at least once a week. OUTSIDERS ALWAYS COME IN....

Good things... Very good parking, offer extended package pickup for the holidays ALARM included with rent. Landscaping is adequate for the community.

One particular person in MANAGEMENT is just horrible all that person cares about is there self and trying to get you in the door. FAKE

THE REST OF MANAGEMENT is very nice, residents come first with THEM.

The maintenance crew were always nice and did there jobs in a timely manner.
