I lived here 2000-2001 for a total of around 18 months. I had my car damaged, suffered noisy rude neighbors (loud music), constant stream of strangers to certain apartments (which indicates drug dealing), teenagers hanging out, kids from other areas coming in (it is ungated) and hanging out, and oh, did I say drug dealers'' Maintainance was flaky at best, and management lied to me a number of times. A perfect example of you get what you pay for.
