My lease is expiring in June and I stumbled over this web site while apartment shopping. I could not believe some of the reviews. I have been living at Winnstead for 1 year and have found it to be quite enjoyable. The office and maintancee staff is friendly and they seem to truly care. Over the past year I have noticed many upgardes made to the community. My move in process went smoothly and the community rules and lease were explained throughly. From my experience, management responds to issues in a timely manner. Also the Resident activities are fun! After shopping around I found Winnstead to offer a nice quite place to live at a resonable price. I will renew my lease in June. My advice is to check the place out for yourself.
