I have lived at Winnstead for about 14 months and I can honestlt say that older is better. Yes there are newer complexes near, but the layout of this community is great. Quiet, mature landscape, and nice staffers.

I have read other comments but, there are alot of lazy, stupid and dumb people that think if they can?t get things for free they will talk alot of smack. I encourage you to at least look at this community and see how pleasant it really is.
