Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
This place is old and getting older and needs to be rennovated inside and out. Old appliances, carpeting, ammenities, etc. Area getting more congested. Hodlums from neighboring complex and down the road are creeping in. Watch out for hidden and tacked on charges when you move in and out.
