I have lived in apartment communities all over the United States and of this I am very ?picky? about my home. Before moving to Stockbridge I toured all the communities in the area and found that Winnstead offered the best rates for the best homes. Though they were not the newest, the office staff was very welcoming, answered all my questions and seemed to be very eager to help in any way they could. Since moving in the office staff and maintenance have been more than helpful. Maintenance is prompt and goes out of their way to help. This has also been the cleanest and quietest community I have ever resided. I have read some of the other postings and do not know which Winnstead that they are referring to but it is not the Winnstead that I know.
