After reading the previous reviews about Winnstead, I must say that I was hesitant about living here. But it's been 3 weeks since I moved in and everything has been great so far. My apartment was clean and in great condition (with the exception of a few minor things which have since been repaired) the day I arrived. The office and maintenance staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful to me. I'm so glad I chose Winnstead:)
