I don't know who is telling the truth, but I got enough sense to not move into an environment with so many issues. I've never been there but I know looks can be deceiving and all that glitter ain't gold. This is obviously a "looks too good to be truth" situation. If management is really being honest, I'd hate to pack up everything move there on their reviews only to later find out the tenants were right.
