Been here a couple of years. Grounds: Gorgeous. Staff: friendly and helpful, but a fair amount of turnaround. Maintainance: Good, Pest Control: fair. Construction: thin, especially floors - lots of noise from upstairs tenants. Generally people leave you alone, in a friendly way. Not a bad place for a single adult. Close to I75 both good )access) and bad (noise). Clayton County Schools (a negative). Several very recent late night episodes of gunfire in the vicinity. At least three other complexes in area, all had problems with (juvenile) office break-ins this past year. Inexpensive shopping close by (Walmart, Aldi's).
