I don't know why everyone else had such major problems with management at this facility. Management has a bad attitude at times, huh' So do I and all the rest of you people out there. Is it professional' No. But it is common. Anyway, I have no problem with Winnstead. As a matter of fact, they treated my wife and I with courtesy. You just have to know how to read some people and if you approach with the right attitude then it should all fall in place. My apartment is fine. I feel like I'm at home when I enter the door. Maintenance could probably use a little pep talk but nothing too much for me to complain about. My only problem here is that my downstairs neighbor has a studio in one of his bedrooms and is constantly re-doing his rap beats. Other than that, my rent is pretty reasonable and I wasn't really planning on having much interaction with management beyond paying my rent. Overall, its a pretty damn good place to live. I think your full of it. 'Management has a bad attitude, so what'?!?! well, in a normal environment, you would get fired! And let me tell you how this whole thing called customer service works...you treat the customers with respect, you get the business. It is not only courtesy (which is something you obviously neglect) but also smart business practice, because the better you treat customers you more they will want to sign the lease and move-in, or renew the lease! In this case, the customer happens to be the tenant. Yes, Pam is still a horrible woman and I'm still glad that we didn;t move into that filth called winnstead. By the way, we ALL know its mgmt writing these "fairy tale" reviews. Come on now! No tenant would be kissing this much ass.

Sorry buddy! I am an actual tenant and am still in the same apartment on my second lease. If you can't handle people and how they are then do us a favor and die. Your problem is solved.
