I may have just lived here a year but everyone has been nice to me and I have never had a problem with anyone in the office. The community is always clean, well maintained and right after I moved in they installed a new streetlight just behind my building, now there are two around my building. And the parking lot is well lit too. As a girl I am not ever scared to walk to or from my car at night, and in this day and age that is something to be said. I am very happy here and plan to renew my lease.

Nicole!! Could you please stop writing good reviews for your apartment? It cheapens your already cheap image! If y'all dont know, Nicole is the Winnstead Manager. She comes on here to TRY and boost up the ratings for these apartments...nice try!! There is NOTHING well-lit about these apartments, and didnt y'all have some crime activity within the past month?? How can a girl feel safe then?? Of yeah, maybe if she has a rottweiler!!
