Well I don't have much to complain with this apartment complex. They were always on top of my maintence request and the office was always nice.. 585 for a one bed room wasn't bad.

$585. vs $635. is baloney. I'm so out of here when my lease is up, I have the most ignorant neighbor ever. I'm purchasing a brand new home and I won't have to worry about if my walking (normal) is bothering my neighbor. I moved in here thinking that I'll save money because what I was paying (now I see was worth it)for the beautiful apartment I had compared to this one. I'm ashamed to envite anybody over, the stairwells are dirty, although my house is charming and neat, the outside appearance is not something I'm proud of. Anybody reading this should really consider looking somewhere else. This entry mentioned the repspond to work orders, I can't mirror that comment because I still have a dishwasher for decoration, when I say this thing does NOT work, please believe me, when I've requested to have it fixed I get nothing (which is why I'm not putting what they've said about the repair because they've said NOTHING), I wouldn't reccommend this complex to anyone, and I'm sure not going to advertise my apartment with a dishwasher that dosen't work properly. Pay the extra money at a different complex, or do like I'm going to do, don't rent "OWN" your own home
