I've lived at Winnstead Apartments for two years and have enjoyed every minute I have lived here. I only have good things to say about the staff & managment Barrett and stokely and the way they take care of their residents and property. Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and truly has the "We Care" attitude. The landscaping always looks great! The maintenance staff always take care of your needs quickly and with a smile on their faces. I would recommend Winnstead Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Great location near shopping! Starbucks! Great Elementary School District!
