It isn't Truth .The quality of this place is declining.
Tenants that have lived here for years are moving out due to the failure of managment to acomplish their duties in a more professional manner.
Property is kept dirty, maintanance is not meeting expectations of the performance of their duties towards tenants.It used to be a very enjoyable ,safe,clean place to live.
When you,as a tenant spoke: Expressing any concerns or any needs, you were heard and respected.Issues were solved with the importance that they had, in a professional way and in a timely manner.
