I moved in here in March of 2006 and over the past year there have been 6 management changes. My upstairs hall bathroom has been broke for 11 out of the 12 months that we have lived here. There is a bug infestation and it is pure hell trying to get pest control to come out here. There is serious drug activity going on daily and teenagers are robbing people at the play area (which is nothing but a wooden slide). The drawers in the kitchen were broke when we moved in. No one viewed the apt with us, just handed me the keys and told me the apt number when I signed the lease. I have tried to break my lease on a few occasions because it was just that bad. It's finally up this month and they now want to increase my rent. If you move here, notice during the last week of every month there are a minimal of 5 moving trucks moving folks out. I promise you will be one of them too.
