Its really not that bad....
No I certainly do not see this place as a permanent place of residence but for people in transistion it is nice... It is fairly quiet.. and kinda boring in the morning in daytime. When school lets out there are lots of kids running around and playing basketball but its expected, and the kids mostly keep to themselves. For the most part alot of people are freindly enough to speak, and most people around here to know one another.
Pest come with every apartment and for me I have never had any issues except from time to time a coouple spiders or those huge water roaches lol not enough for me to call management but simple enough for me to use a can of raid on.
MANAGEMENT-- One lady, Rachel is a HUGE help. She is the only one if the office that I really speak to. If you have a problem or an issue all you have to do is talk to her. She is very professional yet empathetic. The rent is kind of high though but pay it on time and go about your business and you will be okay.
