The property is not a bad place to live but I will not make it a permament place to live. When I moved signed my lease and moved in summer 2008. The office staff was nice. The monthly rent is a little high when the property (appartmets) need work done on them. The pictures they posted on the internet/appartmnets finder have you thinking the property is wonderful there's no gated entrance. Then my issues began, I had my share of spiders. At one time I've had ANTS that took over the guy came out a sprayed then the ants came back again.The office staff told me that I had to wait until next week for the guy to come out again to spray in the mean time the office staff told me to go buy some windex and spray the area when the ants are. Then recently I've had termites when I called the office about this they told me that someone will come out the next day for termites. The maintance staff have they sure of issues. You have to beg them to come fix something.
