Nothing is being done, there have been several complaints about the supervisor, he has inapropiate relations with female minors that live and comes to visited this property.He's going to continue until their fathers get wind of it. The girls are always alone in the maintenance shop with him. If u live here or are planing to move here watch your kids. Last but not lease they have carbon moxide leaking in the units and, homeless people living in vacant apartment(crack heads). please beware!!!!!

I'm currently residing at this property and SAFETY is a issue, I ve reported my concerns to the leasing office on several occasions and its been ignored I get no rest. Home is a place u should have peace there is none what so ever.Maintence is extermely poor. The crime is outrageous, the preying of underage females and males,drug infested,pest control is hideous. They charge Hidden fees, Plesa if ur looking for a place of peace with urself and/or family please I WARN U for your SAFETY dont move here. Vacant Units r used for Various crimes. The gunshots daily is frighten, U cant step outside to have a life without dodging bullets and the use of drugs.Unknown people watching ur every move. Stolen Mail. The staff act as if there concerned trust me there not. Maybe if they live there for one week they can see reality.Also, the maintenance workers are using there power of authority to abuse the resident. As in having access to all units even if residents isnt aware of them inside,instead of them have respect to knock they just walk in. I really feel as if I'm living in a War Zone Again I Warn U Beware. They also have a lot of Home invasions. Remeber everything dont make the NEWS!!!!! Please PRAY before Coming to view this property.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not sure of what you are talking about but I am pretty sure many of the staff DO live here. The sad thing is that the ones that complain are the ones that refuse to call the police or be active in the community. I know there is an contact number posted at the office for the courtesy officers in case there is a concern. In the past three years I have not had to "dodge" bullets or anything like that. Things happen everywhere but it is our own faults if we as a community fail to contact the police or report illegal activity to the police.
