I've been a resident at the Colony for at least 5 years and have seen many changes occur. Ownership, office staff and maintenance are not the folks that was here when I moved in. Ms. Steward and Ms Smith, along with the current mainteance team really work hard to keep this place in good condition. The changes are certainly noticeable, from the trash areas to the play area. Before, the playground was a mess always. Now, it's clean,( and if the residents older children would not break the swings off the chains then the little kids would still have a swing to use.)and safe. Pest control is so much improved. I know roaches are all over the world, and everybody has them, but the pest control guy is here weekly (not monthly, like some apts). So keeping your inside and outside clean helps keeps the bugs down. Maintence staff is really great, and so is the Leasing staff. They are helpful,friendly,know their professions.Ms Steward and Ms Smith are simply the best. No place is perfect but the changes at the Colony has sure been for the better! It's time to renew my lease again, and I definitely will!

what the hell??? pest control come to my apartments only 1 time since i move in. this apartments is like the hell so please dont move... nothing great around here
