i have lived at the colony for almost 3 years and it was only because i had to they dont fix anything although the maint. and office staff are cool, the place is not run with good at all i would only recommend only if its to get back on your feet i went with heat one winter and air another water is leaking throughout and i cant even explain about the unsupervised children that need home training. again only if you have too..........
