Eagle Springs Apartments suffers from poor inept unprofessional management. It is Friday July 6, 2007, I have been complaining to management about the used of drugs must notable marijuana at the rear of the apartments in building 100. Todate, management has not done anything about this. Consequently, three of the residence building 100 are in the process on moving at the expiration of their least term.
On Monday July 2, 2007, there was a leaking faucet in one of my baths, todate it has not been fixed, despite repeated calls and visits to the management office concerning this issue. Imagine if it was winter and it was the heater.
There are many other issues with this management. It is putrid
