I moved here from NY and I wish that I knew then what I knew now. I signed a 17 month lease and NEVER AGAIN!! Don't get me wrong it is not TERRIBLE!!! But at the same time it could be a whole lot better. I have just 2 issues with thing in my place that is not fixed and have been that way since I moved, but I work everyday and there is no weekend service. There has been 3 sets of office managers since I've been there and that is just OUT OF CONTROL!!! In any event I reall would not recommend this place to anyone with small kids, because it is not a kid friendly apartment complex. This place is for a single person working daily or a married couple. And also the noise level could be a whole lot better.
I do not plan to renew my lease I have not even finished unpacking!!!! I can not wait to leave and hopefully be around neighbors that are a lot more tackful.
