Just recently moved in to the apartment complex two weeks ago. The maintanance apperars to be on point... no major issues there. Management is firm but appears to be for the community. My only gripe so far is the number of unsupervised children in the complex. I came home last night to find a 4 year old little boy hiding behind my BBQ grill. I asked him if he was ok, "Yeah" he replied. SO why are you hiding' I asked... "I was hiding around because this little boy was trying to hit me in the head with a bottle." Low and behold, another little boy of the same age came around the corner with a bottle in his hand. Now that don't make no sense at all. Otherwise, it's aiight!
