Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2005
 
We lived here for 11 years only because we could not afford to move. Maintance is bad, they don't fix problems with the buildings.
Our apt and other had flooding problems evertime we had a heavy rain. Ants are a constant problem. Parking is no good. Teenagers hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the day and nite. Cars driving fast or just sitting in the parking lot with loud music. Also a proplem with drugs being sold in the parking lots.
